2. For what purpose do we process your personal data?
In KEY ENTERPRISES DEVELOPMENTS, S.L. we process the information you provide us with the purpose of contacting you to answer the query made through the contact forms made available on the web.
No automated decisions will be made, such as, for example, the creation of profiles to offer services or products. If this does take place, we will inform you of the logic involved and the significance and expected consequences of such processing for you.

If you make an enquiry via the contact forms provided on our website, the personal data provided will be kept for the time necessary to respond to the enquiry made and in any case will be kept for a maximum period of one year from the collection of the data.

The legal basis for the processing of your data when you send us an enquiry via the contact forms provided on our website is the consent you give us when you make an enquiry.
5. To which recipients will your data be passed on?
No data will be communicated to any other company or entity, public or private, except by legal obligation.
There are companies to which KEY ENTERPRISES DEVELOPMENTS, S.L. does not transfer data, but which provide us with different services, and these services involve the hosting of personal data by these companies or occasional access by them to this data. These companies that act as data processors and with whom we have signed a contract to guarantee the security of personal data are:
*Computer services: Different companies provide us with the service of hosting and maintenance of our corporate e-mails and the service of execution and custody of backup copies on virtual servers, among other computer services.
International data transfers will be made to DROPBOX INC. when we use the DROPBOX application. This company has its main data centre in the USA but operates globally, processing personal data from different parts of the world. Some of these international data transfers are carried out with the due guarantees based on the different adequacy decisions adopted by the European Commission, in accordance with the provisions of article 45.1 of the GDPR. In these Decisions, the European Commission has declared that some countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA) protect personal information adequately, which means that data from the European Union (EU) and from Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland can be transferred to these countries. In addition, we have signed with DROPBOX INC. the standard contractual clause based on Decision 2021/914/EU of 4 June 2021 of the European Commission that allows these transfers to third countries with an adequate level of protection when the transfers cannot be based on the adequacy decisions adopted by the European Commission mentioned in the previous paragraph. In addition, DROPBOX INC. is a signatory to the EU-US Privacy Framework under the Data Privacy Framework Decision of 10 July 2023. This Decision entitles, in accordance with the provisions of Article 45.1 of the GDPR, member companies to process data from the European Union as they comply with an adequate level of protection for the processing of personal data. International data transfers are made to WHATSAPP LLC, META PLATFORMS INC. and their sub-processors when we use the WhatsApp Business messaging application. These companies operate globally and have their main data centres in the USA. These transfers are carried out by WHATSAPP IRELAND LIMITED, the company with whom we contract the messaging service, with the appropriate guarantees since WHATSAPP IRELAND LIMITED has signed with WHATSAPP LLC, META PLATFORMS INC. and their sub-processors the standard contractual clause based on the European Commission Decision 2021/914/EU of 4 June 2021 for transfers to processors located outside the EEA. 6. What are your rights when you provide us with your data?
– The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not KEY ENTERPRISES DEVELOPMENTS, S.L. is processing personal data concerning.
– The data subject has the right to access his/her personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, to request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
– The interested party may request the limitation of the processing of their data, in which case we will only keep them for the exercise or defence of claims.
– Likewise, in certain circumstances and for reasons related to their particular situation, data subjects may object to the processing of their data, as well as to withdraw their consent to the processing of their data.
